APSSB CHSL Recruitment 2026: The Arunachal Pradesh Staff Selection Board (APSSB) has officially published the recruitment notification (Advt. No. 05/2026) for the Combined Higher Secondary Level (CHSL) Examination 2026. Selection Process

  1. Written Examination (Stage-I): A competitive objective test evaluating general awareness, numerical aptitude, basic English, and reasoning proficiency. This stage is compulsory for all posts.
  2. Practical Skill Test (Stage-II): Applicable only for typing-centric posts (LDC, DEO, and Junior Secretariat Assistant). This phase is purely qualifying in nature; marks scored here will not alter the final written test ranking.
  3. Document Verification (DV): Physical screening of original 10+2 certificates, APST documents, computer training proofs, and valid identifications.
  4. Medical Examination: Statutory basic physical evaluation before sending out final department allotment logs.
