Selection Process – GSSSB Municipal Engineer
- Written Examination: A competitive objective-type (MCQ) examination testing domain knowledge (Civil Engineering) and general knowledge/Gujarati grammar as per the GSSSB syllabus. (Tentatively scheduled for Jan 2027).
- Document Verification: Strict verification of Civil Engineering degree certificates, caste/category proofs, and Non-Creamy Layer (NCL) certificates for SEBC candidates.
- Medical Examination: Standard medical fitness test before the final appointment.
How to Apply Online – GSSSB OJAS Portal
- Visit OJAS Portal: Go to the official Online Job Application System (OJAS) of Gujarat at ojas.gujarat.gov.in.
- Select Advertisement: Click on ‘Online Application’ -> ‘Apply’. Select “GSSSB” from the dropdown menu and click on Municipal Engineer (Class-3) Advt. 440/2026-27.
