Selection Process – HAL DT & MT 2026

  1. Written Examination: A comprehensive Computer Based Test (CBT) covering Technical/Domain Knowledge (based on B.E/B.Tech syllabus of the respective engineering stream) and General Aptitude (English, Reasoning, Quantitative Aptitude, General Awareness).
  2. Personal Interview: Candidates clearing the written exam cutoff will be invited for a Technical + HR interview at HAL’s Corporate Office or designated centres.
