Haryana UG/PG 2nd, 3rd & 4th Year Admission 2026-27 – Online Form | DGHE Promotion Admission Schedule

Haryana UG PG 2nd 3rd 4th Year Admission 2026-27: The Department of Higher Education, Haryana (DGHE) has officially released the UG/PG 2nd, 3rd, and 4th Year Promotion Admission Schedule for Academic Session 2026-27. All students currently enrolled in Government, Government-Aided, and Self-Finance colleges across Haryana who are seeking promotion to the next year must complete their online admission form within the prescribed dates to avoid late fees or loss of admission.

The online admission form is active from July 10, 2026. The last date to apply without any late fee is July 24, 2026 (11:59 PM). Students who miss this deadline will be charged progressive late fees — ₹100 up to July 31, and ₹100 + ₹100 per day from August 1 to August 7.

Important Instructions for Students

  1. Complete admission before July 24 to avoid all late fees — even a single day’s delay costs ₹100 minimum
  2. Keep all academic documents ready before starting the online form:
    • Previous year’s marksheet / result
    • Student ID card/enrollment number
    • Category certificate (if applicable)
    • Aadhaar card
    • Passport-size photographs
  3. Upload the Anti-Ragging Undertaking — a mandatory document under UGC regulations. Students must submit a signed anti-ragging undertaking (available on the admission portal). Admission is NOT complete without it.
  4. Verify course and fee details carefully — Ensure you are applying for the correct course year. Incorrect entries may cause complications in exam enrollment.
  5. Take a printout of the submitted form after completion for college submission and future reference
  6. Self-financed college students should also check if their college has any additional institution-level requirements beyond the DGHE portal form

How to Apply – Haryana UG/PG 2nd/3rd/4th Year Admission 2026-27

Online Mode:

  1. Visit the Official Portal – Open the DGHE Haryana admission portal (as notified by your college / DGHE official website)
  2. Login with Enrollment Number – Use your college enrollment number/student ID and date of birth to log in
  3. Verify Personal & Academic Details – Confirm your name, course, year, and college details displayed on screen
  4. Select Promotion Year – Confirm you are applying for the correct year (2nd / 3rd / 4th year as applicable)
  5. Upload Documents – Upload
  6. Pay Fee – Pay the applicable course fee + late fee (if any) via online payment (Net Banking / UPI / Debit Card)
  7. Submit Form – Review all details and submit. Download and print the confirmation receipt
  8. Submit to College – Carry the printout to your college office as required by college administration

Offline Mode:

  • Some colleges may also accept forms in offline mode — check with your college administration for the specific process
  • Offline payments may be accepted at the college cashier/fee counter

Q1. Haryana UG/PG 2nd, 3rd, 4th year admission 2026 ki last date kya hai?

Ans.  Bina late fee ke last date 24 July 2026 (11:59 PM) hai. ₹100 late fee ke saath 31 July 2026 tak. ₹100 + ₹100/day late fee ke saath 7 August 2026 tak.

Q2. Agar 24 July ke baad apply karo to kitni late fee lagegi?

Ans.  25 July se 31 July tak ₹100 flat. 1 August se har din ₹100 extra — yaani 1 August = ₹200, 2 August = ₹300, aur aise badhta jaata hai. 7 August tak last chance hai jiske baad admission band ho sakti hai.

Q3. Anti-Ragging Undertaking kya hoti hai aur kaise submit karein? 

Ans. UGC norms ke anusar har student ko ek anti-ragging declaration dena hota hai — ki wo ragging mein shamil nahi hoga/hogi. Yeh form admission portal par available hoga — download karo, sign karo, scan karo, aur upload karo. Bina is undertaking the admission process; complete nahi hogi.

Q4. Kya ATKT/backlog wale students bhi apply kar sakte hain? 

Ans. Haan — zyada tar colleges mein ATKT students bhi promotion le sakte hain. Lekin apne college administration se confirm zaroor karein, kyunki har university ke ATKT rules alag ho sakte hain.
