Selection Process – Multi-Stage Defence Selection
- Written Examination (30 Marks): A simple objective-type paper covering only General English and General Knowledge.
- Physical Fitness Test (PFT): Candidates must clear mandatory physical standards including running, push-ups, sit-ups, and squats.
- Stream Suitability Test: Practical assessment of suitability for Hospitality & Housekeeping duties.
- Medical Examination: Comprehensive IAF medical fitness evaluation as per defence standards.
- Document Verification: Original certificates verification including 10th marks, age proof, unmarried status affidavit, and caste certificates.

How to Apply – OFFLINE (Postal) Application Process
- Download Application Form: Visit the official IAF recruitment portal or download the application form PDF from the notification link provided below.
- Print the Form: Take a clear A4 printout of the application form.
- Fill by Hand: Fill the entire form neatly in BLOCK CAPITAL LETTERS using a blue or black ball-point pen. Do not overwrite or use whitener.
- Paste Photograph: Paste a recent passport-size colour photograph (without cap/sunglasses) in the designated box on the form.
- Attach Self-Attested Documents: Attach self-attested photocopies of your 10th class mark sheet, DOB proof, Aadhaar Card, caste certificate (if applicable), and domicile certificate.
