Post-Wise Technical Educational Qualifications
- Junior Engineer (Civil): Diploma in Civil Engineering from an institution recognized by the State Council for Technical Education & Vocational Training (SCTE&VT), Odisha, or an equivalent qualification. Candidates must be computer literate.
- Architectural Assistant: Diploma in Architectural Assistantship from an AICTE-approved institution.
- Junior Draughtsman (Civil): HSC (Class 10th) with National Trade Certificate (NTC) in Draughtsman (Civil) from an NCVT-affiliated institution, along with basic knowledge in Computer Applications and AutoCAD.
- Tracer (State Cadre Field): HSC or equivalent + NTC in Draughtsman (Civil) + basic Computer Skill Certificate + AutoCAD Course Certificate from a recognized institution.
