Selection Process – Software Lottery System
- Lottery Process: A transparent, computer software-based lottery draw developed by the Department of Information Technology & Communication (DoIT&C) will be conducted separately for each of the 183 Urban Local Bodies.
- Priority Criteria: During the lottery sorting, first preference/priority will be given to candidates who have practical sanitation work experience within the same Urban Local Body for which they have applied.
- Document Verification: Candidates whose names are drawn in the lottery will be called for strict verification of their 1-year experience certificate, Jan Aadhar, and Domicile.
- Police & Medical Verification: Final character/police clearance and physical fitness check before issuing contractual appointment letters.
How to Apply Online – SSO Rajasthan Portal
- Update Jan Aadhar: Before August 15, verify that your Jan Aadhar card matches your official documents perfectly.
- Login to SSO Portal: Visit sso.rajasthan.gov.in. Log in using your existing SSO ID and password, or create a new SSO ID using Jan Aadhar.
- Go to Recruitment Portal: Under Citizen Apps (G2C), click on the ‘Recruitment Portal’ icon.
- Verify OTR: Complete your One-Time Registration (OTR). If unpaid, pay the ₹600/₹400 OTR fee once.
- Select Advertisement: Click on ‘Apply Now’ for Safai Karmachari Bharti 2026 (Advt 01/2026).
