Apprentice 01/2026 for the engagement of 1,853 apprenticeship slots across various Divisions, Workshops, and Headquarters of North Central Railway for the year 2026–27. This recruitment is conducted under the Apprentices Act, 1961.
Online applications are open from July 8, 2026 (00:00 hrs) and the last date to apply is August 7, 2026 (23:59 hrs). There is NO written examination — selection is purely based on a merit list prepared from the average of 10th and ITI marks. Female, SC, ST, and PwD candidates can apply completely FREE of cost.

Selection Process – RRC NCR Prayagraj Apprentice 2026
Merit List Formula:
Merit = Average of (10th Board Marks % + ITI Marks %) ÷ 2
Equal weightage (50:50) is given to 10th Board marks and ITI marks.
