Selection Process

1. Shortlisting: Applications will be screened based on qualifications and experience. Merely fulfilling the minimum criteria does not guarantee an interview call.
2. Interview: Shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview carrying 100 Marks. The final merit list will be prepared solely based on these interview scores.
3. CTC Negotiation: Applicable only for the Assistant Vice President (Contractual) post.
4. Document Verification & Medical Fitness: Standard background and medical checks before final joining.
