- Conducting Body: Union Public Service Commission
- Eligibility: Graduation from any recognized university
- Age Limit: 21–32 years (General), with relaxation for reserved categories
- Attempts: 6 attempts for General, 9 for OBC, Unlimited for SC/ST
- Selection Process: Prelims → Mains → Personality Test (Interview)
