Selection Process – Army SSC Tech 68th Women 2026
- Shortlisting – Applications are screened based on educational qualifications (BE/BTech percentage and eligible stream). Only shortlisted candidates are called for the SSB Interview.
- SSB Interview (5 Days) – Conducted at designated Services Selection Board (SSB) centres. The SSB Interview consists of:
- Day 1: Screening Test (OIR Test + PPDT) — eliminates ineligible candidates early
- Days 2–4: Psychological Tests, Group Testing Officer (GTO) Tasks, and Personal Interview
- Day 5: Conference (Final board assessment)
- Medical Examination – Candidates recommended by SSB undergo a detailed medical fitness examination at a designated Military Hospital.
- Document Verification (DV) – Final verification of all original educational certificates, age proof, unmarried status declaration, and other documents.
- Merit List & Allotment – Final merit is based on SSB marks + Medical fitness. Recommended candidates are allotted to the April 2027 course.
