Vacancy Details & Qualifications
The tentative distribution matrix between Technical Trainees and Scientific Trainees is set at a ratio of 10:01.

💰 DPCC Trainee Monthly Stipend Structure
Selected candidates will receive an incremental monthly stipend based on their year of engagement:
- 1st Year: ₹25,000/- per month
- 2nd Year: ₹26,500/- per month
- 3rd Year: ₹28,000/- per month
Selection Process
The selection of candidates is purely merit-based and will be structured through the following criteria:
- Primary Merit (GATE/NET): First preference is given to candidates with valid GATE or NET scores from the 2023 examination or later.
- Secondary Merit (Academic Marks): If seats remain vacant due to an insufficient number of GATE/NET applicants, a separate merit list will be prepared based on the marks obtained in the qualifying degree (B.Tech/M.Sc.) completed in 2023 or later.
- Document Verification: Scrutiny of original physical academic certificates and category documents.
- Medical Examination: Standard medical clearance check.
Terms & Conditions of Engagement
- Tenure: The initial engagement will be for six months. Based on performance satisfaction, it can be extended in consecutive 6-month intervals up to a maximum period of 3 years.
- Exclusions: Candidates who have previously served as Trainees within the DPCC are not eligible to apply for this re-engagement.
- Nature of Post: This is purely a training engagement on a contract basis. Trainees cannot claim regular or permanent employment status in the future.
- Reservations: Reservation rules for SC, ST, OBC (NCL Delhi residents), EWS, and PwBD will be strictly followed as per the Delhi Government guidelines.
