Qualification and Vacancies

Selection Process

1. Shortlisting of Applications: The Army reserves the right to fix a cutoff percentage of marks for shortlisting applications. Only shortlisted candidates are emailed the SSB dates.
2. SSB Interview: This is a 5-day interview process (Stage I & Stage II) held at Selection Centres.
3. Medical Examination: Candidates recommended by the SSB panel undergo a strict medical checkup.
4. Merit List: The final merit list is prepared based on SSB marks only (subject to medical fitness).

1. Visit the Website: Go to joinindianarmy.nic.in.
2. Officers Entry Login: Click on “Officer Entry Appln/Login”.
3. Registration: If you are a new user, click “Registration”. If already registered, log in with your username (Email ID) and Password.
4. Dashboard: Once logged in, go to your Dashboard and click on “Apply Online”.
5. Select Entry: You will see the “NCC Special Entry Women” option. Click “Apply”.
6. Fill Details: Enter your personal details, communication address, and educational marks strictly as per your degree certificates.
7. NCC Details: Enter your NCC ‘C’ Certificate details carefully (Grading and Date).
8. Submit: Review your application and click “Submit”.
9. Print: After 30 minutes of the closing of online applications, take two copies of the application form (Roll Number will be generated by the system).
