Selection Process – UPSC Principal / Vice Principal

  1. Recruitment Test (RT) / Shortlisting: Given the large number of vacancies, UPSC will likely conduct a pen-and-paper or computer-based Recruitment Test (RT) to shortlist candidates.
  2. Personal Interview: Candidates qualifying the RT will be called for an interview at the UPSC headquarters in New Delhi. The interview will assess administrative acumen and educational leadership.
