- Visit hos.bseh.org.in → Click “Apply Online for Re-Appear/CTP March 2026” (link active from 24/11/2025).
- Register using mobile number/email (new users).
- Login → Select Class (10th/12th) → Choose Re-Appear / CTP / Additional.
- Fill personal details, select subjects carefully.
- Upload photo & signature (if required).
- Pay fees online as per your category & late fee slab.
