BEML Operator Recruitment 2026: Bharat Earth Movers Limited (BEML), a leading Public Sector Undertaking (PSU) under the Ministry of Defence, has released an official recruitment notification (Advt. Salary Emoluments & Tenure Terms

Selected candidates will be appointed on a fixed-tenure contract framework for a maximum period of four years. This engagement is reviewed annually and does not confer regular or permanent employee status.

Monthly Remuneration Structure:

  • Basic Pay: ₹16,900/- per month.
  • Dearness Allowance (DA): Paid at applicable Industrial Dearness Allowance (IDA) rates.
  • House Rent Allowance (HRA): Paid as applicable at the specific place of posting (if company quarters are not provided).
  • Medical Expense Allowance: ₹1,500/- per month fixed.
  • Increments & Benefits: An annual increment of 3% on Basic Pay is admissible based on satisfactory performance. Candidates are also covered under Provident Fund (calculated on Basic + DA), Gratuity Schemes, and the Bonus Act.

Selection Process

  1. Computer-Based Written Test (CBT): Shortlisted candidates will sit for an objective-type exam of 2 hours (120 minutes) duration.
  2. Document Verification (DV): Candidates qualifying the written cutoff criteria will be called for original certificate verification.
  3. Medical Examination: Final clearance by the company’s authorized medical board prior to issuing engagement letters.
