DGE NCSC SC/ST Free Coaching & Computer Course 2026: Apply Online

The Directorate General of Employment (DGE), Ministry of Labour & Employment, Government of India, has officially released the notification for the NCSC SC/ST Coaching & Training Programme 2026. This welfare scheme offers free high-end software, hardware, and vocational training alongside regular competitive exam coaching to SC/ST category job seekers.

Eligibility Criteria (As on 01.07.2026)

To ensure targeted social upliftment, candidates must fall strictly within the following family income, age bounds, and educational parameters:

Special Coaching Scheme (Serial 1)

  • Age Bound: 18 to 27 Years
  • Minimum Academic Benchmark: Higher Secondary (Class 12th Passed) from a recognized board.
  • Family Income Cap: Total annual household income must be up to ₹3 Lakh per annum.

IT, Computer & AI Technology Courses (Serials 2 to 9)

  • Age Bound: 18 to 30 Years
  • Minimum Academic Benchmark: Higher Secondary (Class 12th Passed) from a recognized board.
  • Family Income Cap: Total annual household income must be up to ₹3 Lakh per annum.

The free training operations will be managed locally through these 25 authorized regional NCSC setups:

  • North & Central: Delhi, Hisar, Jaipur, Jammu, Jalandhar, Kanpur, Una.

📝 How to Apply for DGE NCSC SC/ST Training 2026

Follow this step-by-step procedure to link your National Career Service (NCS) ID and complete your admission request:

  1. NCS Job Seeker Registration: Go to ncs.gov.in. If you are a new user, click “Register” and sign up under the “Job Seeker” category. Complete your profile to 100% and save your unique NCS Registration Number.
  2. Access the NCSC Panel: Head over to the DGE ministerial sub-domain page at dge.gov.in/ncsc_for_sc_sts.
  3. Locate Your Centre: Review the centre list directory and select your nearest regional NCSC location.
  4. Fill Out Form: Complete the online application layout by inputting your basic details, educational marks, valid bank account parameters (required for stipend routing), and your unique NCS registration identifier.
  5. Declare Competitive Goals: If applying for the Special Coaching Scheme, clearly check or state the exam track you are focusing on (e.g., Staff Selection Commission (SSC), Banking, or Railway exams).

Ans: No. Candidates are strictly permitted to choose and enroll in only one course during an academic training cycle.
