The National Testing Agency (NTA) has released the official notification for the UGC NET / JRF June 2025 Examination. This national-level eligibility test is conducted for determining the eligibility of candidates for the post of Assistant Professor and Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) in Indian universities and colleges. The online application process has begun from 16 April 2025 and will continue till 07 May 2025. Candidates with a Master’s degree or pursuing their final year are eligible to apply. The examination will be held in Computer-Based Mode (CBT) across multiple subjects.

Eligibility Criteria
- Educational Qualification:
Candidates must have Master’s Degree in the relevant subject with at least 55% marks (50% for reserved categories).
Final-year postgraduates or those awaiting results can also apply.
4-Year Bachelor Degree holders are also eligible under NEP provisions.
